What if the product you need is not in these twelve groups?

The groups are a map, not a boundary. We divided them up to explain frequent requests clearly.

Tell us the product and we will research it

The twelve headings above are the areas we have had the most requests in. But our job is not selling a fixed product list; it is finding the product the buyer describes. So we run the same process for a product you cannot find on the list: the specification is drawn up, manufacturers are screened, samples and documents are followed up.

Write your request as technically as you can. A product name is often not enough; a standard number, dimensions, capacity, packaging format, target price range or a photograph of a sample you hold can cut days off the research. If you do not have them, leave them blank — we will ask for what is missing.

When a request reaches us we first check whether it is made in Türkiye . Where production exists, price, lead time and certification usually line up here. If the product is not made in Türkiye, is out of season, or the price is not competitive, we open the search to our global supplier network.

Mixed requests are normal too: one order can contain items from different groups. In that case we produce a packing list broken down by item and consolidate into a single container — one shipment and one set of documents for the buyer.
